Walk the house
We come out, look at what you have, and talk through what you actually want to change. No charge.

Drawings and a number
A written estimate with selections and allowances spelled out, usually within 5 business days.

We build it
One project manager, a clean site at the end of each day, and a weekly note on where things stand.

Walkthrough and warranty
We finish the punch list before we invoice the balance, and stand behind the work for one year.
